I have been updating my other blog www.sweetpeasandsnapdragons.blogspot.com for the last couple of months. I haven't decided what to do as far as keeping both blogs open. I really wanted one to be more for family updates and the other to be for more of a Mommy Journal. So, what do you think? Which name do I use? BellaRuth and her Bubs or sweetpeas and snapdragons? I can't wait to hear which name people like best.

Summer Highlights
I decided that since my blog is so far behind I would do a large post on the last part of our summer. We spent the first 2 weeks of July in OKC with my family. It was so nice for my children to get to spend some time with their cousins from Denver. They really love them a lot and ask to see them often. Will Henry and I took a walk each morning with my Mom. My parents live by a lake so we would walk to the Dam and watch the fishermen. He had so much fun, he would want to watch them for hours.
Bella Ruth LOVES horses and couldn't wait for a carriage ride in Bricktown. She sure didn't seem to mind the scorching heat outside.:)
One evening two of our neighbor girls, Emily and Julianne, went with us to the ball park in Bricktown. We rode the trolley and then watched the Red Hawks. Their stadium has a very nice play set for the children to play on as the parents watch the game.
We visited my Nana one afternoon. My children love to go to her house, she is usually at my parents when we are in town because it is much easier for us all to get together. She lives in a small town an hour south of OKC.
We had such a fun 4th of July with my brothers family. Aunt Betsy made the girls darling hair bows.
Just waiting for the fireworks in Bricktown.
Will Henry fell asleep right after I took this picture, he missed all of the fireworks. Maybe next year.
Clark and Bella Ruth being silly.
My sweet Bella Ruth makes some of the funniest faces. Her Daddy did the same thing as a child. One afternoon she was in a silly mood so I decided to capture a few of her faces.
After VBS we had some guests come with us to Kentucky Lake for a long weekend. Two of my neighbors from OKC drove out and brought a friend. The oldest one is starting her Freshman year at OU and younger one is starting her Senior year of high school. We also met up with some good friends while we were on the lake.
Here were our house guests. They had to hurry home for Rush at OU. Congrats Laurel on your Chi-O bid!! We are so proud of you!

Sanibel Post #2
This was a really fun restaurant for the entire family. The children really enjoyed the playground outside.
Sanibel Island was just a beautiful, relaxing vacation destination. Good-Bye Sanibel, we had a great time!

Sanibel Post #1
We took these pictures on a fun evening after dinner. This is our favorite time on the beach, except for the no- see um's :)
The shelling was just marvelous! Even Will Henry realized that something neat was being found in the sand.
This is a dolphin right off of the beach. It was about 50 yards from us. We saw dolphins almost every day while we were on the beach.
This is a courtyard that just had some amazing bushes with the prettiest orange and red flowers. We tried to get some cute shots of the kiddos together, this is the best we could do. :)We still have another camera to download so stay tuned for Sanibel Post #2!!!
Thank you
I want to thank everyone for the help with the photo collages. I think I have Picasa figured out so I'm going to post some vacation pictures later today!

Photo Help
My dear hubby has been organizing our beach photos and I was wanting to use a collage for some of them. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this? I would really appreciate it. :-) You can post here or my email is in my profile. Thanks soooo much!!

Happy Birthday Clark!!
Today my baby turns 7. I can't believe how time really does fly. We had a party at this little park in our town center for him. It is by his school and it is his favorite park to visit. We had family and friends, baseball and tag, and lots of cake and Yum-Yum's (shaved ice). His cousin (who is much older, 8 months) made a card for him that just summs it up...."I can't believe that you're turning seven! You are going to get older and older. What will I think when you're ten?" I know how she feels. I wonder what he will be like as he matures. What will life hold for him? It is my great pleasure to wonder through this miraculous journey of motherhood with Clark as my son. We love you baby boy!!!
